2.1 Age Requirement

Use of the 98taka platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. 98taka reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Accounts found to have been opened by individuals under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately, all winnings forfeited, and any deposited funds returned to the original payment method subject to verification.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on 98taka. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 98taka reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and withhold any bonus funds. Real-money balances from a single verified account may be returned at 98taka's discretion.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide complete and accurate information when registering your account, including your full legal name, date of birth, and active mobile number. You must keep this information current. Providing false or misleading registration details is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. 98taka will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your login credentials. You must notify 98taka support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

2.5 KYC Verification

98taka may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals, activating bonuses, or at any other point during your account lifecycle. Documents that may be requested include a national identity card (NID), passport, driving licence, or a recent mobile banking statement confirming your registered MFS number. Failure to complete KYC within the stipulated timeframe may result in withdrawal processing delays or account restriction.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit on 98taka is ৳100. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit for standard accounts; however, enhanced verification may be required for large deposits. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. 98taka reserves the right to return deposits made from third-party accounts.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to KYC completion and internal review. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. 98taka reserves the right to apply additional verification steps to withdrawal requests above ৳50,000.

3.4 Withdrawal of Bonus-Derived Funds

Winnings generated from bonus funds may only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Bonus funds themselves are non-withdrawable. Where a Player requests a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements, any outstanding bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited and only the net real-money balance will be returned.

3.5 Anti-Money Laundering

98taka operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) principles. Deposits must represent funds from legitimate personal sources. The platform reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any account. Suspicious transaction patterns will be investigated and may be reported to relevant authorities. Using the 98taka platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gambling is strictly prohibited.

4.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to registered Players aged 21 and above who have completed any required verification steps. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, bonuses are available once per player, per household, per device, and per shared IP address. 98taka reserves the right to withhold or cancel any bonus awarded to a Player suspected of operating multiple accounts or exploiting promotional mechanics.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement applied to bonus funds on 98taka is 30x the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in total qualifying wagers before any bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games may contribute a lower percentage as detailed in the individual promotion terms.

4.3 Bonus Expiry

Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements expire 30 days from the date the bonus is credited. Expired bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be removed from the account balance automatically. Time extensions are not granted except at 98taka's sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.

4.4 Abuse of Promotions

98taka monitors betting patterns associated with bonus play. Strategies designed to exploit bonus mechanics — including but not limited to low-risk hedging, matched betting across outcomes, or systematic exploitation of wagering contribution differentials — are prohibited. Where such patterns are identified, 98taka reserves the right to void bonus funds, cancel associated winnings, and in repeated cases suspend or close the relevant account.

5.1 Game Integrity

5.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, FIFA, or equivalent). 5.3 Technical Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or game interruption, 98taka reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Player's account. Winnings resulting from a manifest error in odds, game configuration, or payout calculation are not valid and will not be paid. 98taka will communicate error decisions via the platform or to the Player's registered contact within a reasonable timeframe.

5.4 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 98taka and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or account controls;
• Any form of fraud, misrepresentation, or deceptive conduct directed at 98taka or other Players.

6.1 Player Responsibility

Gambling on 98taka is intended as entertainment for adults aged 21 and above. You are responsible for managing your gambling activity within your personal financial means. 98taka strongly encourages all Players to set deposit limits, session time reminders, and stake limits as part of responsible gambling practice.

6.2 Self-Exclusion & Cooling-Off

Players who wish to restrict or suspend their gambling activity may request a cooling-off period (24 hours to 90 days) or a permanent self-exclusion via the account settings dashboard or by contacting 98taka support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's account is locked and no deposits, bets, or promotional communications will be permitted.

6.3 Deposit & Loss Limits

Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and loss limits via the account settings section. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately. A limit increase requires a 7-day cooling-off period before it comes into force, giving Players an opportunity to reconsider. 98taka will not override or bypass self-imposed limits at a Player's request during the cooling-off window.
